Senior Faculty HR Strategy & Leadership

London Business School is seeking an Associate Director, Faculty HR to lead Faculty HR strategy and service delivery within the Research and Faculty Office. You will partner with senior academic and professional services leaders to align workforce planning, priorities, and people initiatives with the School's goals.

You will oversee recruitment, promotion, tenure, performance, governance and data oversight, while developing a high-performing Faculty HR team and a responsive service for faculty.
