Senior Facilities Manager - Luxury Residential

Greystar is seeking a Facilities Manager to support Community Managers, overseeing technical services and maintenance across properties to meet health and safety and statutory requirements. You will manage work orders, supervise maintenance teams, and work with external partners to ensure asset integrity.

Responsibilities include monitoring M&E systems, budgeting for properties, and delivering monthly performance reviews.
