Senior Facilities Manager - Client Facing PPM/Capex London

Anabas is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to deliver exceptional client experience at two London sites near Edgware Road and Brentford. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate engineers and security, and own service delivery with two workplace coordinators reporting to you.

This full-time role requires a professional and proactive approach, with CAPEX coordination and PPM oversight. BS7858 vetting may be required for non-front line SIA duties. Hours: 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.
