What's the role about?

As Senior Fabric Manager, you will take a leading role in driving fabric innovation, development, and sustainability across our collections. This position is key in shaping fabric strategy, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and environmental impact.

  • Leading the fabric sourcing and development strategy across Womenswear.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with global suppliers and mills.
  • Driving innovation and sustainability initiatives within the fabric supply chain.
  • Overseeing fabric testing, approvals, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Managing fabric budgets, cost negotiations, and critical path timelines.
  • Collaborating closely with design, buying, and technical teams.
  • Providing mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and translating them into actionable fabric strategies.
