Senior F&B Manager: Weddings, Events & Dining

Windward Management is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager for The Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone, Ireland. This senior role oversees the bar, restaurant, weddings, and events, leading the floor, mentoring staff, and driving standards and profitability.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences, seamless service, and compliant operations.
