Job Summary/Description:
The Senior Executive Engineer (SEE) in the Regional Design Office (RDO) is a senior management role with specialist responsibilities. The SEE will lead and manage design team(s), oversee resource allocation and identify training and development needs to ensure optimal team performance. A key responsibility is to ensure that teams operate efficiently and effectively in delivering high-quality outputs.
The SEE will be accountable for the delivery of an annual programme of works, as determined by the Management Advisory Committee and delegated by the RDO Senior Engineer. They will report to and operate under the direction of the RDO Senior Engineer, with responsibility for the day-to-day administration and budget management of assigned projects.
