About you
  • Proven experience in high-volume administrative, examinations, or regulated compliance environments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, preferably supervising or coordinating small teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational ability
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and external bodies
  • Confident working with database or MIS systems (experience desirable)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive under strict deadlines in a compliance-led setting
What you'll do
  • Manage end-to-end examination processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to external deadlines
  • Supervise daily examination operations and coordinate staff and resources effectively
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with awarding bodies and internal policies
  • Organise examination logistics, including venues, staffing, and materials handling
  • Process results, issue certificates, and manage data submissions with precision
  • Support special arrangements and access requirements for candidates
  • Deliver training to invigilators and support staff, fostering a compliant and efficient team environment
  • Act as deputy to the Examinations Manager when needed and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
