Job Description

We're working with a global events specialist that delivers insight-rich B2B conferences across high impact industries like defence, energy, and pharma. With over 14 annual events to their name, they've earned a reputation for precision logistics and strong client relationships. Now, with expanding portfolios and new venue partnerships, they're hiring a Senior Events Executive to take ownership of end-to-end delivery and drive innovation in event execution.


The Senior Events Executive will run the full logistics lifecycle of 14+ events per year-from venue negotiation to speaker coordination and on-the-ground execution. This role is central to keeping events smooth, well-branded, and commercially sharp.


The Senior Events Executive will

- Manage all logistics for 14+ B2B conferences annually

- Own venue sourcing, cost negotiation, contracts, and floorplans

- Maintain first class relationships with delegates, sponsors, and suppliers

- Coach junior event staff and share best practice processes

- Introduce branding and operational improvements year on year


You Will Need

- Proven experience managing logistics for multiple conferences

- Strong commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills

- Meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure

- A client first mindset with a solution oriented approach

- Fluency in Microsoft Office; confident presenting budgets and savings
