Senior EU CX Improvement Program Lead

Amazon is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to join the EU Customer Experience Improvement team within Customer Service in London. You will own the EU strategic initiatives roadmap, partner with multiple teams, and drive end-to-end programs to improve CX across EU marketplaces.
