Senior Estimator: Facilities Management & Tenders

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our growing Facilities Management team in the United Kingdom. You will prepare estimates and tender submissions for FM and general works, ensuring bids are commercially competitive, profitable and delivered on time.

The role requires reviewing drawings, site visits, pricing with SORs, mentoring junior estimators and liaising with clients and suppliers to develop new business opportunities.
