Senior Estimator

Are you a detail-driven estimator ready to take the lead on prestigious, multi-million-pound façade projects? We're looking for a Senior Estimator with proven aluminium glazing experience to manage the full tender lifecycle - from first drawing review to final negotiation.

You'll take ownership of complex tenders across premium projects including curtain walling, aluminium windows and doors.

• Tender Management
• Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Prepare accurate, competitive, high-quality tender submissions
• Cost Calculation
• Produce detailed material and labour costings
• Utilise specialist software including Schueco, Logikal, and ReynaPro
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
• Liaise with main contractors, architects, and internal teams
• Build strong relationships to secure repeat and negotiated work
• Project Analysis
• Conduct site visits and risk assessments
• Ensure full technical compliance of glazing and façade systems
• System & Documentation Control
• Maintain CRM systems
• Ensure all documentation aligns with project specifications
