Senior Estimator - Civil & Rail Pre-Construction Leader

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join our pre-construction team in Scotland. You will develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for major civil engineering schemes, supporting delivery from early design through target price development.

Based at Kilsyth or Inverness, you will coordinate with bid teams, guide estimating staff, handle multiple budget iterations, and liaise with clients and consultants to drive value and compliant tenders.
