Senior Estimator - Capital & Retail Projects

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our retail contracts team. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for capital works, PPM and reactive maintenance, using Excel to build cost models and analyse tender returns. Strong commercial sense and the ability to interpret tender documents are essential.

You'll collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely submissions and continuous improvement of estimating processes.
