Senior Estimating Leader, Complex Projects

AtkinsRéalis in Glasgow seeks an Associate Director / Estimating Manager to lead estimating across feasibility to detailed design on major complex projects in infrastructure, transport and energy. You will guide bid activities, grow the portfolio and develop a high-performing team.

This role requires strong estimating, risk and contingency expertise, plus stakeholder engagement with designers, engineers and clients to deliver robust basis of estimate reports for director reviews.
