Senior Estates & Investments Lead - Public Sector

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an Interim Estates & Investments Senior Surveyor to manage the Council's Property Investment Portfolio, drive revenue, minimise costs and deliver capital receipts through strategic property transactions.

You will lead complex projects across regeneration and development, negotiate with developers and landowners, oversee asset management, and provide professional advice to senior officers and partners to support council priorities.
