Job Description
Ingram Micro (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Principal Support Engineer to act as a senior technical authority and escalation lead for critical customer issues across our platform ecosystem.
You will guide cross functional incident response, drive root cause analysis, and partner with Engineering and Product leadership. The role requires deep experience in Sev1/Sev2 incident ownership, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and strong communication with Directors and VPs.
