Senior ER, Benefits & Risk Leader

Standard Bank Offshore is seeking an experienced Employee Relations, Risk and Benefits Manager to lead ER strategy and oversee employee benefits across SBO. You will partner with the Country Head of People and Culture to ensure compliant, effective people practices in multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strong negotiation, policy development, and governance skills, with a track record in unionised environments and risk governance within a multinational setting.
