Our client, a global institutional asset manager has an exciting opportunity for an Equity Analyst to join a growing Global Sustainable Equity fund. The primary focus of the role is to conduct deep fundamental bottom-up analysis of companies in the Global Technology sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the leading edge of the growing sustainable investing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct fundamental equity analysis on global companies and make investment recommendations that meet investment criteria for sustainable equities fund.
2. Analysis of UN Sustainable Development Goal themes for incorporation into investment notes.
3. Produce detailed financial models, valuation analysis and analysis of ESG metrics.
4. Regularly attend company management meetings.
5. Work with other members of the investment teams to identify possible sustainable ideas and themes.
6. Marketing and presenting to existing and prospective clients when required.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years equity research experience.
2. Extensive experience of the Technology Sector.
3. Track record of generating alpha through investment ideas.
4. Experience of leading meetings with company management.
5. Ideally CFA qualified or satisfied to study towards the CFA.
6. High degree of awareness or experience in sustainable and impact investing.
7. Strong academic background.
