Senior Enterprise Tools Engineer - Automation & AIOps Lead

Genesys in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Enterprise Tools Engineer specializing in Enterprise Platforms and Tools to own the operational health of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, and other SaaS platforms used across the enterprise.

You will lead reliability improvements, automation initiatives, and feature rollouts while partnering with Cloud, IAM, Security, and ServiceNow teams, mentoring junior engineers, and shaping AIOps practices for proactive operations.
