Senior Enterprise Risk Manager - Regulated FinTech (EU)

Favia is seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer / Product and Regional Risk Manager to lead the risk management function for the regulated entity. The role focuses on risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and governance across product lines and regional markets, with a strong emphasis on automation and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in risk management within financial services, fintech, or crypto, a solid grasp of MiCAR and related frameworks, and
