Senior Enterprise Engagement Lead Equity Eligible

Vega is seeking an Engagement Manager in London to lead end-to-end client deliveries, working 4 days per week in-office. You will bridge between enterprise clients, product, and engineering, owning scope, timelines, and requirements to deliver a market-leading client experience.

You will coordinate day-to-day relationships with enterprise customers, translate needs into prioritized work, and collaborate with product and engineering to align direction with customer demand.
