Senior Enterprise Delivery Lead

Rocketlane is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to own the delivery of complex enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success. You will act as the executive-facing, strategic advisor, guiding multi-stakeholder projects and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, product, and customer success to redefine implementation success and maximize value for enterprise customers.
