What the job involves

We're seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive who is excited about the transformative potential of AI. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by landing and expanding major accounts, delivering transformative operational impact for leading global companies.

You will:

  • Be a seasoned expert in consultative selling. Each organisation and use case is unique, so you must be practiced at tailoring your approach. You'll navigate operational challenges, deeply understand the opportunity, and craft solutions that deliver clear, measurable impact.
  • Own your revenue goal and work 360: generate leads, create, develop and close opportunities, and support onboarding and growth of accounts.
  • Support the setup and growth of the insurance effort from inception onward.
  • Adapt quickly to the rapidly evolving AI frontier. Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to develop and refine our ICP, proposition, and go-to-market strategy based on customer insights, acting as a voice for our customers internally.
Additional Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading sophisticated enterprise deals involving significant ACVs and complex technology.
  • Highly analytical, able to navigate complex organisations, uncover hidden pains and opportunities, and design impactful deals.
  • Comfortable discussing and selling sophisticated technology products that solve complex business problems.
  • Customer-focused, able to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic and product-minded, constantly seeking customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial.
