We're looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strong recruiting execution and a curiosity for business growth. You'll play a key role in identifying top engineering talent and matching them with our clients while staying closely connected to market trends and new opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for engineering roles across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Energy disciplines
  • Leverage Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines to support current and future client needs
  • Partner with internal sales teams to qualify job requirements and align on recruiting strategy
  • Screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates, guiding them through the full interview lifecycle
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean searches and market mapping
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines within engineering talent communities across multiple markets
  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights
  • Bring a proactive, curious mindset-identifying talent trends and potential opportunities that can support business growth
What You'll Need to Be Considered
  • 4+ years of experience recruiting engineering professionals (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, etc.)
  • Exposure to government, federal, or regulated industry hiring environments (DoD, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Hands on experience with Bullhorn ATS
  • Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates for hard to fill technical roles
  • Experience writing Boolean search strings and job advertisements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A relationship driven mindset with a competitive edge and sense of urgency
