Senior Engineering Manager- Product Delivery

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the global delivery and evolution of our clients' digital product portfolio. This is a strategic and hands on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and agile product development. You'll be responsible for driving high-quality software delivery across international teams, mentoring engineering talent, and shaping the future of the digital product portfolio

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery of digital products, ensuring timely execution and high quality outcomes
• Champion agile delivery practices across teams, with a strong emphasis on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to align technical delivery with customer needs
• Translate strategic goals into actionable engineering and people roadmaps
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer led thinking
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, architecture, and team performance
• Stay ahead of industry trends and guide the evolution of the product portfolio and digital capabilities

About you

• Proven experience in leading software engineering teams across global environments
• Strong technical background with hands on experience in Azure, .NET, and Angular
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with practical experience implementing SAFe at scale
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short term delivery with long term product evolution
• Passion for solving customer problems through technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
