What makes us successful together

• Hold a degree in Electro Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and bring IOSH Working Safely certification.
• Proven senior level experience in both project and maintenance functions, ideally across multiple manufacturing industries.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes, able to translate technical excellence into practical solutions for diverse teams.
• Experience with critical utilities such as compressed gas systems or wastewater treatment facilities adds value.
• Proactive communicator, hands on leader, inspiring collaboration, trust and accountability across departments.
• Strong analytical capability, evaluating complex engineering and maintenance challenges and translating data driven insights into sustainable improvements that enhance equipment reliability and overall plant performance.
