In your new role you will:
- Work as a technical expert with extensive knowledge in NLP. Specialise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbots, and Agentic Systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in these fields and integrate this knowledge into our workflow
- Transform prototypes into production solutions with best practices for both development and deployment. This will require a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Support the operation of the solutions, involves troubleshooting and bug fixing, as well as implementing change requests to ensure that the solutions continue to meet user requirements
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in NLP/AIML, and MLOps, including at least 1 year focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on work experience in the field of LLMs / Generative AI, Chatbots, RAG, or AI Agents. This includes conceptualising, designing, and implementing AI solutions powered by LLMs
- Extensive experience in Software Engineering & Development cycles (CI/CD) with proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python
- Good understanding and experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is beneficial, particularly in the areas of RAG, agents, and chatbots
- Good understanding and experience of Kubernetes / OpenShift Platform
