Job Description
My client, a leading construction contractor, is delivering a number of high-profile residential and mixed-use developments across Dublin, including large-scale apartment schemes and student accommodation projects.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specs
- Maintain site records and reporting
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Engineer on large construction projects is essential
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge and setting out experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- €75k-€85k DOE
