Essentials

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Experience on Irish construction projects

Sites based in Central Dublin

Projects

Residential, Commercial & Leisure - both Public & Private contracts

Salary

€70,000 - €80,000

Key Responsibilities

• Set out all building works with precision and accuracy.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and materials.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to specifications and approved submittals.
• Compile method statements for the execution of tasks or sections of work as required.
• Provide timely and accurate information to all subcontractors and site personnel.
• Implement ISO accredited EHS and Quality systems in all operations.
• Assist site management in maintaining progress on site in accordance with the programme, EHS Plan, and Quality Plan.
