Senior Employment Lawyer - Global Banking & Regulatory

Fry & Brown, on behalf of a well-known and fast-growing digital bank, is seeking a senior employment lawyer to support the business on all contentious and non-contentious employment matters, reporting directly to the Group Head of Employment Legal.

This high-visibility role involves line management of an employment lawyer, advising on SMCR, FCA Code of Conduct, TUPE, remuneration, and regulatory inquiries, plus delivering employment law training across the organisation.
