Senior Employment Coach & Performance Lead (Restart)

Maximus is seeking a Lead Employment Advisor to support the Restart Scheme in Greater London. This role involves mentoring and coaching a team of Employment Advisors while ensuring compliance with performance objectives. You'll monitor staff performance, facilitate training, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery.
