Senior Employee Relations Strategist for Leadership

Arriva UK Bus is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our People team and shape our ER agenda across UK depots. You will act as a senior advisor to leaders, manage high-risk ER matters, coach HR colleagues, and use data to drive improvements, governance and change initiatives.

Experience in a unionised setting and strong knowledge of UK employment law are essential, with CIPD Level 5/7 advantageous. This role is pivotal for enhancing employee experience and performance.
