Senior Employee Relations Strategist for Leaders

Arriva UK Bus Ltd is seeking a Senior ER Partner to partner with Operational stakeholders across our London operations. The role drives employee relations strategy, provides senior-advisor guidance, and leads on high-risk ER matters to minimise risk and support business change.

You will develop ER frameworks, governance and manager toolkits, coach leaders, and partner with Trade Unions to achieve compliant, commercially sound outcomes.
