Senior Employee Relations Strategist

Arriva is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to shape and deliver the ER agenda across our UK depots. You will advise senior leaders, guide complex cases, and drive proactive ER strategies aligned with business objectives to improve employee engagement and performance.

The role requires strong coaching, governance, and data-driven insights, with extensive experience in employee relations, union engagement, and change programmes within a large organisation.
