Senior Employee Relations Advisor: ER Case Lead

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join its Employee Relations Centre of Expertise, supporting the UK Case Coaching service from Scotstoun. You will manage a substantial portfolio of ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary matters and grievances, providing clear, legally sound guidance to managers at all levels.
