Senior Electronics Architect & Bring Up Lead

Plessey in Oxford is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to architect, design, implement, and verify advanced electronic systems for optical interconnect development. You will handle high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics, board-level architectures, and high-speed PCB design, with ownership from concept through bring up and verification.

The role collaborates with FPGA, RF, and photonics engineers; deep FPGA RTL experience is welcome but not essential.
