Senior Electrical Project Manager

As part of its development, our client, a recognized structure in the Canton of Geneva, is looking for a Senior Project Manager in electricity with solid skills in the field. You will be involved in the entire life cycle of projects related to the electrical systems of buildings. In this capacity, you will be required to: - Analyze needs, identify and evaluate technical solutions, advise stakeholders, and define project specifications for electrical projects.- Design, negotiate, and manage electrical projects to optimize performance, efficiency, and sustainability. - Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.- Participate in monitoring and controlling the operating budget, as well as proposing and overseeing the investment budget of the design office. - Develop, analyze, update, and structure technical documents and plans for electrical systems to ensure reliability and accessibility for the electricity service. - Direct, coordinate, and supervise internal and external partners while representing the interests of Geneva Airport. - Define, monitor, and evolve energy standards in line with sustainable development objectives and the environmental image of the airport. - Measure, control, and optimize electrical systems, track the energy use of buildings, and ensure compliance with safety and energy performance requirements (SIA).Your profile: You hold a degree in electrical engineering (HES) and have at least 3 years of experience in managing electrical projects, acquired in an industrial environment, and possess the following skills: - Excellent mastery of federal electrical standards and good knowledge of energy standards.- Knowledge of public procurement procedures (AIMP).- Ability to work independently while having a strong team spirit.- Very good skills in (office, industry-related tasks).- B driver's license.- Good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
