Senior Electrical Pre-Construction Manager

A leading international engineering contractor is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Pre-Construction Lead to join their growing team delivering major projects across Ireland and Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to work on large-scale Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, and Commercial developments within a fast-paced and technically advanced environment.

• Lead electrical pre-construction activities from tender enquiry through to project handover
• Coordinate bid submissions, design development, and technical reviews
• Work closely with estimators, engineers, planners, and senior management teams
• Identify project risks, procurement challenges, and value engineering opportunities
• Support client presentations, tender interviews, and contractor engagement

• 10+ years' experience within Electrical Building Services or M&E contracting
• Previous experience within Pre-Construction, Estimating, or Bid Management
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and technical project delivery
• Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Commercial projects
• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or similar
