Senior Ecologist: Lead Field Surveys & Mentorship

WSP is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join the Nature Services team in Scotland. You will lead ecology surveys, prepare deliverables, and mentor colleagues across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast on projects spanning infrastructure, renewables and landscape-scale ecology.

You will collaborate with colleagues to grow technical expertise, support client delivery, and contribute to national initiatives while pursuing professional development with the team.
