About The Team

Based in central London, you will join the global campus recruitment team to lead and drive the way engages with young people across Europe and the Americas. This role requires strategic thinking to build long term talent pools and hands on delivery supporting the hiring of around 150 new hires a year.

What You'll Do
  • Own the regional campus recruitment strategy - define and implement plans to attract top early career talent across Europe, US, Mexico & Brazil while working alongside local TA and HR teams.
  • Build strong university partnerships - maintain relationships with universities, student bodies and career services to position as an employer of choice.
  • Lead campus engagement activities - organise and represent at events, career fairs, workshops and branding campaigns.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment - work with our Campus Recruitment Interns to source, screen, assess and onboard early career talent while safeguarding a best in class candidate experience ( headcount peaks).
  • Report and optimise using data - track performance metrics via Workday ATS and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Mentor others - provide support and mentoring to interns and students in the team as an experienced campus recruiter.
About You
  • 2+ years' experience in campus recruitment or early career hiring - preferably in FMCG, Retail, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors.
  • Proven success in managing university partnerships and delivering recruitment programs at scale.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Data driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities as our business grows rapidly.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work in central London 4 5 days per week (flexing over time).
