Senior Domiciliary Care Manager - Lead & Elevate Home Care

Caremark Merton is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in Merton, delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred home care. You will guide staff, uphold high standards, and work toward an outstanding CQC rating.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years' UK domiciliary care management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a clean driving licence. This is a full-time role based in Merton, covering surrounding areas.
