Senior Discretionary Trader - Global, Bonus Eligible

Squarepoint Capital seeks a Senior Discretionary Trader to join a global team developing and executing discretionary and semi-systematic strategies. You will identify, evaluate, and implement new trading opportunities while working with Quant Researchers and other Traders across asset classes.

You will lead collaboration with traders and risk managers, contribute to tool development, and mentor junior staff, with compensation including potential discretionary bonuses.
