Senior Director, Performance Marketing

THE-TEAM in London is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Performance team within our Brands and Properties division. You will own and manage multiple senior client scopes, shape strategic narratives and drive commercial growth across sports, music and entertainment brands.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will mentor a cross-functional team, oversee forecasting and budgets, and push innovation with AI-enabled tools to stay ahead in the digital sponsorship landscape while maintaining
