Senior Director, People Experience & Inclusion

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Director of People Experience & Inclusion to lead inclusion, organisational development, wellbeing and staff experience. You will report to the Chief People Officer and shape the People function across PAHT.

You will work with executive leaders to embed EDI&B, drive culture change, and improve workforce experience across the Trust. A strong track record in senior leadership and equality legislation is essential.
