Senior Director - Publisher Sales

We're working with an established, fast-growing, innovative player in the digital advertising and technology space who are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Director. The Opportunity

Their platform empowers digital publishers to maximise revenue, streamline operations, and create lasting commercial partnerships. With a strong presence in the market and ambitious expansion plans, they're now looking for a senior commercial leader to accelerate growth across EMEA and beyond.

In this role, you will
  • Lead on developing and closing strategic partnerships with major publishers.
  • Leverage your established network within the AdTech ecosystem to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers, from product leads to C-level executives.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, establishing thought leadership and market presence.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional value to clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals that drive meaningful revenue growth.
What we're looking for
  • Strong background in AdTech and SaaS sales with proven success in building publisher partnerships.
  • Deep industry relationships across the digital publishing space, with the ability to open doors at senior levels.
  • Experience leading complex deal cycles and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate value at both technical and strategic levels.
  • A self-starter with the drive to succeed in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
