To support our continued expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Analog Design to lead our Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design activities in the Netherlands.
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership position with both strategic and technical responsibility. You will head a highly skilled team focused on the design and development of advanced analog IP for complex ICs, helping to shape the future of precision electronics in Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of Analog and Mixed-Signal IC designers.
- Define architecture and drive the development of next-generation analog/mixed-signal ICs.
- Collaborate with MEMS, digital, layout, validation, and product engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Establish and oversee project plans, design reviews, and execution strategies.
- Manage design verification, modeling, and silicon validation.
- Represent analog engineering at the executive level and contribute to long-term technical roadmaps.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 12+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-volume analog ICs (PLLs, ADCs, LDOs, oscillators, amplifiers, etc.).
- Strong command of analog and mixed-signal design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with advanced CMOS process technologies.
- Strong project and people management skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with MEMS-based systems or timing applications is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the European semiconductor ecosystem and talent market.
- Experience building and managing geographically distributed teams.
