Senior Director, Customer Success & Growth - EMEA

Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Success to lead the Signature Success organization across the EMEA region.

You will oversee customer retention, renewals, portfolio growth and value realization for a portfolio of enterprise customers, while scaling a high performing team. You will collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Product and Executive Services to advance product adoption, measure customer health, and drive data driven decisions.
