Senior Director, Adult Services & Transformation

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking a Director of Adult Services to lead the next chapter of adult social care. You will oversee safeguarding, empowerment and service delivery across a budget of around £139 million with about 933 staff.

You will bring a strong health or social care background, substantial strategic leadership experience, and a proven record of delivering transformation and effective partnerships at scale.
