As part of our agile product-focused IT B2C e-commerce website team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital journey of our customers, helping us to drive innovation alongside our Product Owner.
What Will You Do?
  • Manage Key Projects: Oversee the development and execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Agile Teams: Be a visible team member working closely with PO, PM, UX, QA, and development team to foster a collaborative environment that embraces agile methodologies and promotes continuous improvement focusing on our customers.
  • Innovate through Data Driven Insight: Use market research and data analysis to spot opportunities, then drive creative exploration of new technologies and methodologies to plan and deliver high-impact product improvements.
  • Support Product Requirements: Assist in defining product requirements and specifications that reflect user needs and business objectives.
  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success and alignment with broader company initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance Coordination: Liaise with QA team including assisting / ensuring completion of UAT, driving product reliability, accessibility and performance.
  • Development Process Streamlining: Work with the development team to streamline processes, reduce time-to-market, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for business & tech stakeholders, providing first-response, gathering feedback, status updates and identifying risk whilst finding mitigations.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
  • Own daily priorities & support triage: Work as a close unit with the Product Owner to prioritising strategic, tactical and support items appropriately.
  • Drive release readiness: help schedule QA, aid UAT and release activities so that no critical path is blocked; assist with at least one 7 am release per month.

The Perfect Candidate
  • Experienced: You have 5+ years in digital product management within the ecommerce domain.
  • Strategic & Innovative: You possess the ability to think strategically and creatively, translating insights into actionable product plans with the Product Owner.
  • Data-Driven & Results Focused: You measure what matters to drive product success and act on insights, aligning with company vision with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Happy to Help Approach: Drive high value works whilst understanding the importance of supporting business teams.
  • Agile: You are familiar with agile practices and able to apply them to deliver high-quality products efficiently whilst balancing delivery with process.
  • Problem Solver: You have a knack for identifying issues and devising effective solutions even when there is ambiguity, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric: You always keep the end-user in mind, ensuring that the products meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Excellent Communicator: You articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, fostering an environment of open dialogue and constructive feedback. Able to build strong relationships within your team and with wider cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years in digital product management within the ecommerce domain
