Someone who has experience in L2/L3 desktop support and resolving L2 tickets.
Proficiency in Intune, Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server (including Office 365), ServiceNow, and Teams.

• Setup and enrollment of end-user devices using Intune.
• Liaising with end-users to assist with laptop setup, requiring some customer-facing experience.
• Strong service desk skills, including answering calls and troubleshooting customer issues.
• A customer-focused attitude and commitment to excellent service.
• Diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware and software issues.
• Maintaining wide area networks, including firewall configuration and VPN setup.
